✅ Return / Replacement Eligibility

  • Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY on the day of delivery
  • Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original packaging with seals intact
  • Applicable only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Manufacturing defects

❌ No return or replacement for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Taste issues
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect order placed by customer

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Call on the day of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/video of the product
  3. Our team will verify the issue
  4. Approved returns will be picked up or guided for return

💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refund will be made via:
    • Original payment method (UPI / Bank / Online)
    • Or store credit (if preferred)

🚚 Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after approval
  • Subject to stock availability
